All Software is delivered electronically in one of the following methods:

Email:
A registration code is emailed to you which unlocks the demo version.

FTP:
An ftp site will be provided to you to download the software product.

Professional Installation
Some software we offer has an optional included installation. In these situations a TNL Total Solutions technician will install the software on your web server. If your software offers this option a technical support technician will contact you within 48 hours of the order (Mon-Fri).

CD-ROM and Other Media That Cannot Be Delivered electronically:
Some software on this site allows an option to have the software sent to you on a CD-ROM. An additional $10 will be added to the cost of the product to cover the CD and shipping costs.

All items that cannot be delivered electronically are shipped via trackable USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery Time:
All payments are batched out each night, No software will be delivered electronically or otherwise until the transaction is actually processed. This process can take up to 24 hours. Non-US orders may take an additional 24 hours to verify. Please see the PAYMENT INFORMATION page for more information.
