There is nothing more aggravating than writing a perl script that must display HTML on the fly. If you design the HTML in an editor like MS-Front Page or Adobe Pagemill your typical perl programmer will cringe at the thought of incorporating all of that HTML into the script. HTM2PERL.EXE is an 8-bit DOS executable and it only supports the 8.3 file format. (so you'll have to rename your *.html files to *.htm)
